I've been residing in this area for 5 years and I'm in love with it. Its location is perfect for me, being within walking distance from three supermarkets, clothing boutiques, specialty stores, and BART, which is less than 10 minutes away. Its location is perfect for me, being within walking distance from three supermarkets, clothing boutiques, specialty stores, and BART, which is less than 10 minutes away. There are also great restaurants, cafes, two drug stores, multiple banks, and many hair and nail salons all in a one-mile radius from the center of Lafayette. This bedroom town is tranquil and I feel safe due to the police department's promptness. For instance, I misplaced my ID in town and it was returned to me in two days after someone gave it to the Lafayette police station and they took it to the Town Center office manager. The Town Center Apartments are praised for the office manager Claudia, and the helpful and understanding maintenance staff Dave and Miguel. They are all professional, friendly, effective, and economical. They take care of the apartment complex and grounds without fail. The office timings are limited but they always get back to you in a timely manner. The features I like about this place are the gated entrance, secured parking area, adequate floor plans, central heating/cooling, communal gym with modern equipment, community room, outdoor patio with BBQs, lots of trees, and Happy Valley Creek, which is close by.
