We applied to live there around a year ago and we were put on the waiting list at #70. As our lease was due to finish in March of 2018, we were about to give up on finding a suitable and affordable 1 bedroom unit. Fortunately, we were contacted a few days ago with an offer and we have paid a refundable deposit plus a $40 per person credit/background check fee. We are now just waiting for official approval and look forward to saving on rent and utilities. The only additional payments required are for cable TV, Internet and phone which will cost about $140 monthly. The rental agents are friendly and helpful, but be prepared for a lot of paperwork from the government! I will provide an updated review after our acceptance and a few months of living there.
