I cannot find a single thing I liked about these apartments during the two years I lived there. The manager was racist, favoring her own race and having an unlicensed worker in her office who knew the tenants' information. This unlicensed worker had no right to put eviction notices, warning notices, and other notices on doors. During my first month there, my car got broken into, and the hot water heater went out in the winter when my child was four years old, taking them a month and a half to fix. The security staff did not do their job. When my in-law took over the apartment after I moved out, the manager kept my name on the lease and never put my in-law's family on it. Today there is a new manager who says they cannot find any of our files, and she is only available Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 3:30pm. I will be suing them for losing information on every person that was on my lease, which is six people not including my in-laws, making a total of eight.
