My brother and I had a two bedroom apartment and after a year, the new owner gave us 30 days' notice to leave, citing our late payments as the reason. My brother and I had a two bedroom apartment and after a year, the new owner gave us 30 days' notice to leave, citing our late payments as the reason. They knew that we were away visiting family due to my brother's grandson's hip surgery when they stuck the notice on our door. We had never had any issues other than the fact that they didn't like my homeless brother and his three dogs visiting. To avoid any disturbances, my brother parked his RV down the street. Although our payments were sometimes late, we never missed a month. Our neighbors were concerned that they would get a notice for their late payments, with one being three months behind and still no notice in sight. Now, my brother and I are struggling to find another place to live due to the notice making us ineligible. What do you think? more ... hide ...

Remodeling awsome very happy with new unit and awesome management very grateful for the whole remodel etc gated and calmed down so blessed having a roof integrity management
