I've met people who have been living here for more than twenty years and have never been burgled. An elementary school is within a 3-minute walk. The ladies in the office are amazing. Many people complain about the Lydia being so harsh and inaccurate, but really, if you pay your rent on time and follow the rules, it is that simple. The only thing I could complain about is when something needs to be fixed, they can take a while, sometimes up to two months. I think they lack maintenance personnel. The rent is great and utilities are not too expensive. My neighbors and I keep to ourselves and show respect for each other. Another complaint is that you can see young kids getting high up every morning and after school near the children's play area or on the benches. If you move in here, the apartment may have already been sprayed for roaches, but it is advised that you bomb it yourself before you move in. I put borax acid on mine after I moved in, and it started to work within three weeks; their spray just makes them more resistant. But all in all, I like it here; people don't bother me and I don't bother them. I would recommend it more ... hide ...

Bad neighborhood You hear guns shots all the time helicopter looking for someone day and night Someone got shot right in front of my apartment in the middle of the day while my kids were out playing Not to mention all these youngster smoking weed and Bad neighborhood You hear guns shots all the time helicopter looking for someone day and night Someone got shot right in front of my apartment in the middle of the day while my kids were out playing Not to mention all these youngster smoking weed and hanging out in the playground Security always arrives way too late My apartment got broken into twice I had to purchase screen doors The final straw happened at the beginning of the year my apartment got shot at 2 bullets went straight thru my bedroom wall straight to my headboard Thank God my neither my babies or I were laying on the bed In conclusion yes theres a lot of green area where the kids can play theyre some what cute on the outside but its just not worth it Its such a bad neighborhoodits sad its scary no one feels save there My neighbor got her house broken into like 5 times they went in to her apartment and gun pointed her and took the little bit of money she had I can go on and on about how many scarydangerous incidents we encountered there more ... hide ...

I have been a tenant here for over a year now. This is a great place to live; the rent is inexpensive and the utilities are too. The grounds are gorgeous. Initially, I was scared of the area but after living here for a while I can confidently say it is quite safe. The security guard is always patrolling, which gives me a sense of security. The apartment complex has a computer lab for you to use and offers plenty of programs for the kids, as well as giveaways for those who need them. They frequently hold barbeques and other activities for our enjoyment. There are Easter egg hunts and Christmas presents for the children. My neighbors are respectful and the maintenance staff is always on top of any repairs I may need. My apartment is stunning. The manager and office staff are always so cordial and friendly. Even on days when I'm feeling down, they lift my spirits with their kind words. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I'm so fortunate to have found such a wonderful place to live; I'm very pleased to be here. I'm grateful to Bigby Villa for all they do. more ... hide ...
