The apartments are an adequate size, but it is unfortunate that the company does not maintain them properly! The flooring is warped due to the roots of trees, with a noticeable gap in some areas. The refrigerator and dishwasher are passable, but they too need to be replaced. The sprinklers water the walkways rather than the grass. The hot tub was removed two years ago. The community room has newer appliances and furniture, but no one can use it before the Covid pandemic. The 24-hour maintenance is not so in practice; it only happens when the worker is available. The manager gives false information, believing that tenants must replace things in their units since they are condos. It is convenient to have a parking space for each apartment. Every year, the rent goes up, with a $50 increase for me in the last year! The boss of the manager is a pleasant, intelligent individual. The complex is owned by a large Texas corporation that does not pay much attention to Comfrey, as the rent is not high enough. The management at Galt Place treat the majority of their tennents bad they try to control things that go on if you are on their good side everything is okay if not your in for it

Ive been trying to get an application for over a year and then theres a waiting forever list. But theres no management ever there when I go to first get the application. Guess not to important .
