I put a application fee online and theu said if you do that you will get your money back because they dont take online applications But I still havnt received my payment back its been 2months and still nothing
I loved there for nearly 3 years and enjoyed my entire time there Management was wonderful and consistently available they were always quick to handle any maintenance and residential issues I dont have any complaints whatsoever Highly recommend

My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfulness. He formed so many special friendships living there. The office manger and onsite maintenance personnel are outstanding people along with being so helpful and compassionate. The upkeep of the property grounds are really nice and clean. Its very clear they really care and watch out for their tenants. I definitely recommend this place 100% and I feel so fortunate for the time my father got to call this wonderful place home. ¤more ...hide ...
