We convinced my Father to move to SoCal a few months ago Having lived in the midwest I was concerned about finding a nice community that would be a good fit and he would feel be happy and comfortable living innnWe were lucky to come across Vintage Sh We convinced my Father to move to SoCal a few months ago Having lived in the midwest I was concerned about finding a nice community that would be a good fit and he would feel be happy and comfortable living innnWe were lucky to come across Vintage Shores The community manager Mina went out of her way to facilitate the application and move in process The apartment unit was completely renovated carpet flooring paint light fixtures and in tiptop shapennThe community is meticulously well kept and cleannThe maintenance team is simply wonderful and take care of any issues with lightning speednnToday my father is extremely happy to be living in this exceptional little community He enjoys weekend strolls to the wonderful neighborhood parks beaches and plenty of shopping options that are less than a mile awaynnThank you to Mina and the maintenance staff for making Vintage Shores such a wonderful place to live more ... hide ...

I moved to Vintage Shores about a month and a half ago to be near my daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren, which is already a wonderful blessing. My apartment is so charming, with more storage than it first appears. My apartment is so charming, with more storage than it first appears. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather so I can sit out on my patio and enjoy my morning coffee. The grounds are gorgeous and the air is fresh with the smell of the ocean. The laundry room, pool and Jacuzzi are spotless. The Clubhouse has friendly people and the smell of great coffee in the mornings, plus a social worker on site every Monday. Mina, the Community Manager, is delightful and ensures that all the residents are taken care of, making this a true home rather than just an apartment complex. Luis, the Maintenance Manager, is very skilled and can fix anything that needs attention. The interior and exterior of the complex is always kept neat and tidy.
