My friend lives there I had picked her up from home and we went to lunch once I dropped her off at home as I was leaving the manager and a woman stopped me asking me if I live there I said no I dont but my friend does and he asked me if I will be ret My friend lives there I had picked her up from home and we went to lunch once I dropped her off at home as I was leaving the manager and a woman stopped me asking me if I live there I said no I dont but my friend does and he asked me if I will be returning again I said yeeess I was so confused why he was asking me these questions so he asked me to give him my registration card and insurance card so he can make a copy of it and give him the information of my friend and her unit number I dont respect this man a bit I didnt give him my private information and never will What is he gonna do to me Call the police on me for not giving someone who is a stranger to me my vehicle information No thanks Im not comfortable with that more ... hide ...

new management is non existence phone system is just a big joke at the moment all messaging systems are either full or they never get back people at the office are useless

Really good place to stay and great manager but my only two negative thoughts are that there is no public pool in this area I understand they might have had some issues in the past with the pool but in the summer I think we could really use one And Really good place to stay and great manager but my only two negative thoughts are that there is no public pool in this area I understand they might have had some issues in the past with the pool but in the summer I think we could really use one And the smoking is a really big issue its supposed to be a smoking free area but every time you walk around the building or take your car all you smell is weed or you see people smoking cigarettes and there is many children and adults that could be allergic to the smell If that stopped then I would give the place a 5 star but the smoking is really a huge thing many people deal with Also the people saying negative stuff about the parking completely false in my opinion because there is plenty of area to park your car and theres even a garage for every resident who lives her so I dont get what all the fuss is about and its a really calming neighborhood you can have all the peace and quiet you need more ... hide ...

Parking is not the best but it is a very clean safe Zander quiet place with lots of friendly Assyrian neighbors The manager has been kind and helpful as well and Joes always there to help He even changed my tire once Its a good place to call home
