Management staff here have been really great very helpful when I did have a problem The rent is really very fair price according to market value and there is a whole lot of renovation going on both inside and outside of the complex itll make living h Management staff here have been really great very helpful when I did have a problem The rent is really very fair price according to market value and there is a whole lot of renovation going on both inside and outside of the complex itll make living here a more pleasant experience for everyone These apartments are located in East Village and sometimes outside the complex there might be an occasional issue or two but no more so than anywhere else in East Village Whenever Ive had a service issue theyve been very prompt and resolved it and thats a great experience for anyone no matter where you rent and I would have to say their maintenance crew does go above and beyond the call when it comes to taking care of our complex if youre looking for an economical place to live or a permanent place to live whatever your needs may be the studio apartments are pretty neat utility free and air conditioned with hookups for cable and internet Ive lived here for 5 years and overall it hasnt been a bad experience at all more ... hide ...
