DO NOT even try to apply theres supposedly a 1 year to 3 year waitlist for this property that wasnt made clear until AFTER applyingnnI went in to the office two days ago because I was looking at apartments in the area and was told to keep calling for DO NOT even try to apply theres supposedly a 1 year to 3 year waitlist for this property that wasnt made clear until AFTER applyingnnI went in to the office two days ago because I was looking at apartments in the area and was told to keep calling for updates on availability and he did not even mention a waitlist Today I saw there were apartments becoming available in August and filled out an application I then called multiple times when a lady finally answered and told me that my application fee is nonrefundable even though it will never be processed unless you join the long waitlistnnThis property is not managed well and the people in the leasing office are not on the same page Also its almost impossible to get someone to answer the phone Save your time and your money more ... hide ...
