I only did a quick job at this complex but I was pleased with the location friendly office lady and clean crisp building and apartment I went to It shows pride and happiness throughout the site
Management is pretty bad Noise at all hours of the night Homeless people fighting and screaming 2 nights a week Apartments are expensive for whats inside Stuff was broken when I moved in 5 months ago and they still havent fixed it
we have lived here just over a year and still love it Our unit is a premium corner unit with an amazing view down Pacific ave we have not had any problems with management or parking
