Very spacious units Many amenities Close to shopping and restaurants Maintenance is great My family of 5 has been here since spring 2018 and have no complaints with management Tamara has always been courteous and attentive Our rent did not go up afteVery spacious units Many amenities Close to shopping and restaurants Maintenance is great My family of 5 has been here since spring 2018 and have no complaints with management Tamara has always been courteous and attentive Our rent did not go up after renewing our lease the first time and only went up 40 after our second renewal The area is safe We have never had any problems with things left on our porch Our children have even left skateboards and bikes out on the public grass area and they were still there in the morning This has happened on more than one occasion Our electric bill during nonsummer months is never more than 100 and during the summer it is never more than 200 We do live downstairs so I know that makes a difference The trash is a problem but it has nothing to do with management Us residents need to stop tossing bags over the wall and instead take the time to walk around and throw it into the bins Since being here I do regret the location of our unit because it is right by the garbage area and people throw out garbage at all hours which can disturb your sleep Also being right off the parking lot means vehicle and foot traffic even into the wee hours of the morning People are not considerate when passing through late at night or really early morning They come through with loud music and talking and laughing when most of us are sleeping I have never heard any noise from the neighbor next to me However a lot of what happens in the unit above is heard by us My children love all of the friends they have made and the fact that they can cross the street and play at the school after hours Our apartment has plenty of space for us and the garage has enough space for some storage and for all of us to get in and out of our SUV If we would all be considerate neighbors this place would be even bettermore ...hide ...

As long as you run the fan while you take a shower there isn€™t any build-up, there isn€™t even any condensation build-up on the mirror. I asked Pamela about the €œflooding€ issue and was told there are a few apartments who can have that problem, BUT the office will give any apartment with flooding problem sand bags so it doesn€™t happen which the office will pick up after the rainy season or you can keep.So far I have needed maintenance for a few things and they have responded very well. The office and maintenance staff is friendly, professional and you can tell they enjoy their jobs which will also reflect in the quality of work. They work with you so you can make your apartment a home rather than a place where you live. The 1 bed 1 bath floor plan is really great. I am not saying these are perfect apartments, but because of the accommodating staff, location, floor plan, etc. they can fit very well.Some things that have come up for us are the following; no ceiling fans, no pantry, kitchen cabinet space, appliances and open parking. There are no ceiling fans which are needed in Fresno when it gets warm. There is no pantry, something I thought I could live without, but I was wrong. We€™ve turned half of our coat closet into a pantry which is worked out well. There aren€™t very many cabinets and the drawers aren€™t as deep as I thought. We€™ve worked it out and bought a large crock for all of my spoons, spatulas, etc. Our large items (grill, crock pot, etc.) are now in the laundry closet. The appliances are very old. I was told they are updating them; however none of the appliances are new in my apartment. Look in the dish washer. The layout of our dishwasher is awkward to work with. Depending on where you are parking can be a hassle. On the bright side, when you do have to park away from your apartment, the walk to get to your car doesn€™t feel that long because of the park-like feeling and the €œshort cuts€ you can take by walking through the complex rather than around.I would give them 8 out of 10.Pros: floor plan, location, staff, quiet/sound proofing, amenitiesCons: no ceiling fans, no pantry, open parking, lack of kitchen cabinet space, appliancesmore ...hide ...
