I have been living at Novato Bay Vista apartments for the past three years. It is an amazing small community and it is in a great location. The outside property is kept well-maintained and any maintenance requests are usually responded to within the same day. The management and office staff are always professional. For the rent we pay, it is a great value. However, there is a significant parking problem. There are over 200 extra parking spots available, but the issue is that many families own 2-6 cars, which are parked there for an extended period of time and are used as storage. The security company that is contracted to patrol the property is ineffective, as all they do is drive around a few times a day and do nothing else. In my opinion, the parking issue could be resolved quickly, but for some reason it is not being resolved. Despite this issue, I am still pleased and grateful to live at Bay Vista Apartments. more ... hide ...

Bay Vista is a very nice place I recommend them
