Probably the worst management I have ever encountered I am getting my grandmother out asap. 1. everyone has to wear a mask except the manager a little biased. I just found out that everyone has a key to the apartments 1. house keeper 2. maintenance 3. the front desk 4. the manager 5. and the managers son. Their is absolutely no privacy last time I had checked these were senior apartments not an open room nursing home. Lastly I have never met a more unprofessional and rude Manager. I really hope they update their staff and provide proper training in customer service. Keep your elderly family away from this complex if you want to avoid the stress.more ...hide ...
