They treat you as if you're insignificant and show little to no compassion. Because of these renovations, we were required to remove everything from our homes for them to change the cupboard's color, add new appliances and plumbing, and replace the AC. They put in the AC but left the roof uncovered and will have to come back to fix it. Every time labourers enter, I must leave for a few hours since they can't complete all the work in one week. I constantly fret about unknown people in my home who could potentially steal something. They aren't even adhering to the state-mandated mask rules. As for the office, their reaction to anything is appalling. There is evidently partiality towards certain tenants. The only positive aspect of this place right now is the price, although they even raise the rent annually. A couple of years ago there was excellent management, but since they've been changed to new people, it has not been the same. This place used to have a lot of communal activities, but since the new management they have cancelled them all. It's very unfortunate because that is what brought the community together and improved this apartment complex. more ... hide ...

Just called to see if there were any apts avail and customer service was rude Wouldnt even waste my time calling
