The first time I met my previous next door neighbors I was warned about the overbearing HOA property management company The neighbors were in the process of moving out and were extremely displeased with HOA policies I thought they might have been ex The first time I met my previous next door neighbors I was warned about the overbearing HOA property management company The neighbors were in the process of moving out and were extremely displeased with HOA policies I thought they might have been exaggerating somewhat but after a year of ownership I know exactly why I was warned This is a nice neighborhood but if HOAs are not your cup of tea run away Parking is an absolute pain for guests or your own family members Parking on the street is not allowed and if you park overnight in guest parking or just fall asleep and forget to move your car as mentioned in a previous review your car will be towed with no courtesy call or door knock 215 gone Most units can only fit a single car in the driveway so the ridiculous parking policies make it so I rarely want to have guests over Some of the neighborhood board members are ok but there are also a few that speak down to you like they hold some higher authority Textbook HOA nightmare at Magnolia Park Look elsewhere more ... hide ...

I recently visited one of my friends who stays in Magnolia Park and I had the worst experience Ive ever had at a condominium or apartment complex I parked in the visiter parking and my friend and I tried to call one of the board of directors to obta I recently visited one of my friends who stays in Magnolia Park and I had the worst experience Ive ever had at a condominium or apartment complex I parked in the visiter parking and my friend and I tried to call one of the board of directors to obtain a parking permit par their parking policy even tho I wasnt expecting to stay the night We were unable to get a hold of anyone so we proceeded to watch a movie Needless to say I feel asleep and when I woke up my car was towed When I spoke to the property manager she was not only rude but very unhelpful I spent my morning running around jumping through bureaucratic hoops just to get my car out of the impound that cost me 200 My advice to anyone looking for a place to live is to FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE more ... hide ...
