I thought the place looked nice. I would consider living there. The manager is not personable. I took pictures of books, without permission, which led to a discussion. I wouldnt have thought of this if I hadnt seen a book by Zadie Smith. I told him she won the Orange prize. The manager said these were left by random people and didnt think it reflected anything. Not exactly welcoming. He was more concerned with the photos. I said I could delete them off my phone right then and there but he demurred. I didnt enjoy that discussion. He wasnt interested in what I was doing or what I thought. He either didnt like me or didnt approve.more ...hide ...
