The new management or manager is the worst My mother has been leaving there 16 years since it first open And we have never had issues since now My moms smoke alarm was beeping for the battery to be replaced for months and they barely came to change The new management or manager is the worst My mother has been leaving there 16 years since it first open And we have never had issues since now My moms smoke alarm was beeping for the battery to be replaced for months and they barely came to change it Her kitchen sink staring backing up yesterday and she call the leasing office to report it and nothing I called the office to check and they didnt have a work order done for her Since maintenance leaves at 4pm he couldnt go My mom is 70 years old for crying out loud and she is making trips to take out the water of her kitchen sink to the bathroom All they did was take her the phone number to call after hours emergency phone number When she call this morning to report it Worst customer service Ever more ... hide ...
