The property itself appeared to be a quiet place Compared to appartment complexes in Los Angeles this place is a breath of fresh air management is not bad what you would expect for a place of its size There is a daycare center at the location by t The property itself appeared to be a quiet place Compared to appartment complexes in Los Angeles this place is a breath of fresh air management is not bad what you would expect for a place of its size There is a daycare center at the location by the management office so if you have small kids I guess that would help and there are also laundry facilities throughout the property which is convenient I guess I would not shop around that area because of the criminal element all over Palm Drive Always keep gas in your car so you can get gas somewhere else that way you dont have to get off in that area The surrounding area does not affect the property If you just live there you could always shop at other nearby citys more ... hide ...

I love where I live Its very quiet I have lived here since 2014 and I havent had a problem with anyone My neighbors and I are nice and courteous towards each other The management is very helpful The maintenance team works diligently
