We had a terrible experience at the parking garage. Initially, we looked for street parking but downtown is always difficult to find spots. We thought this lot would be better since one of us was handicapped, however the handicapped spots were full s We had a terrible experience at the parking garage. Initially, we looked for street parking but downtown is always difficult to find spots. We thought this lot would be better since one of us was handicapped, however the handicapped spots were full so we parked close to the elevator. The automated booth had no attendant and upon returning to the elevator it did not work. There was no cell service in that area leaving me with no option but to go upstairs and investigate outside while my partner stayed below. When I tried re-entering, I discovered that double doors were locked so I ran out when another couple emerged from inside. After walking all the way to a ramp, we eventually got out but when returning for our car were yet again locked out with me having to get it while my partner waited on the sidewalk. I contacted maintenance yet nobody responded so overall this took at least half an hour and was very stressful - it could be dangerous here especially at night if you can't enter or exit easily! more ... hide ...
