Wow where do I begin I have nothing but good things to say about AVE Emeryville We are originally from Mississippi but had to move temporarily for four months to California for our sons bone marrow transplant We needed a place to stay so we were Wow where do I begin I have nothing but good things to say about AVE Emeryville We are originally from Mississippi but had to move temporarily for four months to California for our sons bone marrow transplant We needed a place to stay so we were referred to the AVE We never once looked at the apartment before signing any contracts and trusted the great team at AVE who had talked to us over the phone while we were still back in Mississippi We arrived into our apartment on May 31 and when we walked in it was far better than what we had expected It was beautifully furnished very clean and had great views It was an all around beautiful place in a beautiful area Great shopping and restaurants just walking distance away more ... hide ...

We stayed at Ave Bay Street for six weeks The apartment was comfortably furnished and in good condition The staff were helpful and the locations was excellent I definitely recommend Ave if you need short term furnished housing
