Pretty quiet place The apartments are great and you dont hear about crimes happening here
If it can be avoided, do not rent from the complex as long as Carol is the manager. When you visit, you will note that the grounds are tidy, which is the only positive aspect. When you visit, you will note that the grounds are tidy, which is the only positive aspect. You won't observe many tenants outside since they are terrified of Carol; she is a real bully. For example, she has attempted to have an elderly single woman evicted. She is constantly threatening people, saying that if they don't do something they will be removed. She has an appalling attitude and no customer service skills. She walks around like a tyrant, so tenants are too intimidated to communicate any issues to her. In addition, Carol once yelled at a young man who should not have been present; his elderly mother was there. Although he should not have been there, she had no right to shout at him like that. These are supposed to be the glory years of their life, and they should be able to relax and socialize with each other. A kinder manager would ensure that the elderly residents can come to them with any of their needs. Consequently, if possible, do not send your parents or grandparents to this complex. From the outside, it looks neat, but the office conceals something you would not want your loved one to experience during their final days.more ...hide ...
The women who works management is so judgmental and unkind. She really needs to be written up or better yet replaced. She should not treat anyone the way Ive seen her speak to others.
