Needs to be kept up bettrr. Always garbage all over the parking area making it Har to park sometimes and it brings unwanted strays, people and animals.
There is constantly a problem. Parking is a huge one. Mishaps to our vehicles by other residents is a big problem. The property manager doesn€™t do anything but give excuses. They don€™t have surveillance in the parkThere is constantly a problem. Parking is a huge one. Mishaps to our vehicles by other residents is a big problem. The property manager doesn€™t do anything but give excuses. They don€™t have surveillance in the parking lot and that is her same excuse every time we address something. But scratches and dents to our car we are supposed to turn a blind eye on? The Management at these apartments are absolutely terrible especially for a resident that€™s been there for years. This is on behalf of my family that lives there. I€™ve called the manager a few times and she€™s given me attitude every time. Terrible customer service. Terrible solutions to our issues if any solution comes up honestly. Unprofessional and we definitely don€™t appreciate the way our concerns are being handled.more ...hide ...
