I have been living in Avalon San Bruno for nearly a year and the experience has been extremely pleasant. However, the best part about living here is the interaction with the staff. In particular, Emily Fan has been outstanding. From the start when I was searching for a unit, she was communicative and informative, which made the process so much easier, even during the pandemic. She always acknowledges me and my dog when we pass by the leasing office. It is remarkable that in such a large complex, she remembers and greets each resident. Whenever I have an issue with my unit or something related to living here, she is incredibly professional and responds quickly, finding a solution quickly.
