The safety of the tenants is taken seriously, meaning anyone behaving inappropriately will be swiftly evicted. The Comcast technician who visited me to adjust the internet was astounded at how much the apartment had changed since he lived there a decade or more ago. He recalled it being full of disarray and danger with constant police presence, young gangs fighting, and rubbish everywhere. He couldn't believe the transformation that had taken place due to the new management's efforts to make it a pleasant place to live. These reviews make it clear that Northland Village is not suitable for those who cannot abide by the rules and act responsibly.
