I do not think this place should get even one star. I do not think any business should filter elderly people and where they live based on income, background, or credit. The front entrance was completely empty when I toured. no residents were out and about which seemed odd for such an outstanding senior living home. We did not get to see rooms, or get a full tour of facility before we were rushed into paperwork. The thing that was the biggest red flag for me was the staff and how unfriendly and rude they were. My mom should not be treated based on her financial or life background. She should be treated like a person. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will spread the word to other family members to not go her or get out on a waiting list that essentially is a big waste of time and disappointment.more ...hide ...
