Since this place is a Gated Community, I contacted the office to inquire about delivery rules for UPS couriers (I wanted to send my mom presents for her upcoming birthday). Since this place is a Gated Community, I contacted the office to inquire about delivery rules for UPS couriers (I wanted to send my mom presents for her upcoming birthday). Before I even finished expressing my inquiry, the manager who was on the line started cutting me off and bombarded me with personal questions without listening to my issue. This isn't the first time this manager has acted rudely to me. I was there for a visit once and the manager ran after me to the elevator, put her arm out to stop the elevator from closing and interrogated me impolitely to find out who I was there to see. The employee referred to in the review as having "little man syndrome" has also been aggressive towards me. He has pursued me around the building on many occasions in the past. He has "gawked" and "stared" at me, making me feel uneasy. My mother has also stated that this woman has been unkind to her on a few occasions. The manager acted "bothered" when my mom went to the office to ask a question. This "woman" needs to find a new job where she will be content or take "human relations" classes if she plans to keep working in customer service. Maybe she should even take some anger management classes to assist her in controlling her hostility towards what she gets paid to do!!! more ... hide ...
