I wrote a review and posted 4 stars and someone changed elsewhere and lowered it for the apartments on Evergreen in W Sacramento Some have it correct and in other places its different It should be 4 stars
I was there for 8 years and heard that before 2009 under previous management it was a nightmare but things were much better I was hesitant but can say that I really liked the management and staff I always liked going in the office because the girls cI was there for 8 years and heard that before 2009 under previous management it was a nightmare but things were much better I was hesitant but can say that I really liked the management and staff I always liked going in the office because the girls cared I could talk to them and I had never lived somewhere where there was so much effort put into functions and activities for various holidays and family nights etc so it was nice how it was like a family community Its not perfect of course but that is because of some of the tenants and not management for the most part I am not from W Sac was not a big fan of moving there from where my home was but I do miss things about Courtyard Village and really liked Michelle and Normaand the neighbors I was close tomore ...hide ...
I went there to put in a application they was great nice and respectful and they was doin they job and on time and good staff is yall just saying this asout them cuse they good to me
Mold mold and more mold Every roof leaks and they refuse to fix them They were sued by someone after they refused to fix their mold issues Run far away
I dont live here but came in in person to apply and the staff was GREAT They were so kind and helpful They went above and beyond what I ever expected Thank you for making my experience with you guys so wonderful

It is a great place to live. Independent living for seniors 62 and older. Gated parking for residents only. The court yard is beautiful. There is currently a three year wait list!

Id give this place -stars but I cant. First of all backflow leaking all over. Office closed no staff. No sign nothing. No number to call. Unkept landscaping. Trash all over parking lot. Seems like the life is gone. Talked to a few residents and they wont even recommend their own community..Truly sad.more ...hide ...
