Being a resident here for seven years Ive seen a few maintenance people come and go they needed tonExamplenI put in a request to have my air conditioner checked wasnt blowing cold air and the batteries needed changed in the smoke detector Jose chan Being a resident here for seven years Ive seen a few maintenance people come and go they needed tonExamplenI put in a request to have my air conditioner checked wasnt blowing cold air and the batteries needed changed in the smoke detector Jose changed the batteries and the air conditioner filters but the air still wasnt working right Jose noticed the fan on the air conditioner unit outside wasnt working checked it found the whole unit was filled with pine needles and leaves Took it apart cleaned it out The air conditioner is now working just fine Thanks for going the extra mile and working the process of elimination JosenWe now have a maintenance man that actually works works with pride and integrity Anytime you see Jose hes busy fixing something cleaning something or helping someone Hes friendly and always has a smile Anytime something needs attention it is met in a timely manner and work is done correctly the first timenApt 508 more ... hide ...
