I work as an Uber and Lyft driver. I have 5 kids and my wife doesn€™t work. I stayed overnight outside the office building to get a rental application with my kids. I did 20 mile round trips about 15 times in one monthI work as an Uber and Lyft driver. I have 5 kids and my wife doesn€™t work. I stayed overnight outside the office building to get a rental application with my kids. I did 20 mile round trips about 15 times in one month to the apartment because Eduardo Lopez would call me to fix some errors on the forms that he had found over and over again. The first time I went to the apartment I had an interview with Eduardo and he told me I needed to bring my most recent pay stubs and told me to bring a profit and loss that any accountant could fill out. So I gathered everything he asked for and went over to the apartment for the second time he told me that the profit and loss wouldn€™t work because it wasn€™t from a authorized accountant. He told me any accountant would work but he never mentioned it had to be a authorized account. The third time I went over he told me I needed to bring a tax return but I couldn€™t fill out a tax return because the authorized accountant was booked out and when I asked him to provide me with a accountant he told me he couldn€™t provide me with any accountants. After that Eduardo told me to just send over 3 months worth of pay stubs using the gmail and when I did he told me he couldn€™t use those and said I should just come to the apartment in person. So I went over to the apartment again and this time he made me sign into both Uber and Lyft on his computer and I gave him the 2019 tax return. He told me that everything was done and that I would have to just wait to see if I got accepted or denied. After about a week passed I hadn€™t received a phone call about any updates I decided I would just call myself. Eduardo doesn€™t call me regarding any updates unless it€™s a error he made and I had to fix it. Whenever I made an error In a form he wouldn€™t call me so I would have to find out if there any updates regarding the rental application and then he would tell me that there was a error in the form and I have to come and resolved it. I€™m assuming he just didn€™t want me family to move into the apartment because he kept trying to find errors and make the process take longer. I brought him all the files he needed but he would find the smallest problems and tell me I had to come to the apartment and resolve it. The latest thing that happened was Eduardo told me I didn€™t qualify for the apartment because my yearly make was too much but the thing is Eduardo never took out the expenses and just added up all the money I make not to mention 40% of what I make goes to expenses. After everything I did he just added up all the money I make and didn€™t take out the expenses. I don€™t speak English very well and my son helps me with understanding and responding.
