This place is just getting worse and worse every year The manager rarely answers her phone and never returns phone calls Maintenance issues are not fixed Its been over a year and I am still waiting on things to get fixed They do their yearly check on This place is just getting worse and worse every year The manager rarely answers her phone and never returns phone calls Maintenance issues are not fixed Its been over a year and I am still waiting on things to get fixed They do their yearly check on the apartment and act surprised at the issues they encounter As if they didnt know about it and will ask me Why didnt you report this But yet Ive called and submitted written requests for these repairs to get done numerous times before and nothing gets done The 1 time I did get to talk to her about repairs needed She stated that they do not have a maintenance guy available so theres nothing she can do But yet they have two maintenance guys walking around the complex all the time This place tends to get loud at times due to a lot of kids playing in the parking lot Ive had to yell at them due to them hitting my car They like to play in between parked cars and at times are reckless No adult supervision and some kids look about 24 yrs old more ... hide ...

Management is unethical Untrustworthy So far the people at Buckingham I have dealt with have been like 7th grade bullies Specially towards older residents BEWARE

Good apartments but bad Management used to be organized and professionalsnot more I missed those days when we had ethical managment and professional Maintenance staff
