2021-04-29T18:05:48ZOne of the worst apartment complex in Woodlake The maintenance man is lazy and half fixes things If you put in requests to have things fixed it takes months for them to fix or there is always an excuse why they cant fix it Trash is always laying aro One of the worst apartment complex in Woodlake The maintenance man is lazy and half fixes things If you put in requests to have things fixed it takes months for them to fix or there is always an excuse why they cant fix it Trash is always laying around Washer and dryers are always broken The laundry room is closed on the weekends and during the week they close at 3pm Management acts like youre stupid Also the apartments are roach infested Really not worth the rent they charge more ... hide ...

2020-11-28T06:17:12ZTheyre okay apartments Management does the best they can but some tenants are not helpful Some are loud past the times allowed to make noise They dont respect anyone or anything New management is getting everything on the right track I would recommen Theyre okay apartments Management does the best they can but some tenants are not helpful Some are loud past the times allowed to make noise They dont respect anyone or anything New management is getting everything on the right track I would recommend for anyone just starting out on their own with a small familynnUpdatenAfter living here 2 years I can say that management is not helpful at all You call for a issue no one gets back to you Issues with tenants never get resolved for the most part If you bring anything up youre the problem I get covid might have affected communication with people but not over the phone or in a note Not to mention rent seems to change twice a year they never say why tho just does They wont fix issues about noise or the actual noise curfew they bring up when signing the lease nothing about people hitting your car cuz somehow they cant park or cant seem to use just one spot If management actually stuck to the rules they set when signing the lease things would be nice but thatll never happen even after im long gone from here more ... hide ...
