2020-11-10T21:32:57ZTo start off the staff is very rude unprofessional and money hungryWhen my grandma first moved here they placed her in an apartment with extremely dirtystained carpet that had obviously not been kept up or changed out by the apartment staff as they s To start off the staff is very rude unprofessional and money hungryWhen my grandma first moved here they placed her in an apartment with extremely dirtystained carpet that had obviously not been kept up or changed out by the apartment staff as they should have We later learned that they do in fact change out the carpet when a tenant moves out but they use dirty previously used carpet and expect the elderly tenants to be responsible for the deep cleaning of the second hand carpet Blue Mountain also moves in transientshomeless people who at one point brought in bed bugs which spread throughout the facility starting at the transients apartment moving into the recreational room and finally spreading to the rest of the tenants in the complex Blue Mountain then expected the tenants to pay out of pocket for the full fumigation of the complex I would recommend that you save your money and find a senior citizen complex that doesnt constantly raise rent without notice actually takes care of the building itself and has the tenants in their best interest more ... hide ...
