In addition, the complex is close to schools, the freeway, park and a movie theater and stores within walking distance. The buildings are attractive, and the landscape is well-maintained. Maintenance is both swift and comprehensive. There are also numerous community events such as annual garage sales, movie nights by the pool, parties with raffles and other enjoyable activities. Furthermore, there is no cost for water, trash and sewage – a definite bonus. My only issue is the inadequate parking; there are no assigned spots and if you wish to have a designated spot you must pay for a carport or garage. It appears there are not enough spaces for the residents who have more than one car, so parking can be a bit of a hassle as it is available on a first-come-first-served basis for the free outdoor spots.
