The WORST community to live in Its not up to their motto Love where you livenFirst of all they allow 4 people to live in a one bedroom apartment which is against California Fair Housing Laws and breaking their own rules and when you trying to discus The WORST community to live in Its not up to their motto Love where you livenFirst of all they allow 4 people to live in a one bedroom apartment which is against California Fair Housing Laws and breaking their own rules and when you trying to discuss these matters with Leasing office Angelica specifically she talks over you not allowing to even speak to her completely no customer service rude and lack of communication Its not RIGHT for other tenants to pay more and live according to the communitys rules while IAC and Woodbury Court specifically allow some to skirt the rules and pay less than market rentnSecond the pool is always dirty While I was at the pool on a weekend when especially always lots of people the maintenance lady who was cleaning the pool beds didnt even bother to clean ALL the beds She just sprayed only 4 beds and only on a surface not thoroughly especially with this Covid19 protocolnAnywhere in Irvine especially is overpriced overinflated overvalued overrated and overalls waste of your hard earned money more ... hide ...
