I have lost many clothes and damaged other clothes due to these ongoing issues. The lack of communication, the lies, and the feeling of being overlooked have made me feel like I am not important. I have sent emails, called, put in work orders, and left voicemails, yet I receive no response, or an answer days later. My kitchen has flooded multiple times because of one problem I am dealing with. Whenever I bring up something, I get pushed back. They keep bringing up issues that they have never mentioned before.
