Stopped by to check out the facility for my Mom. Manager was nice and took her time to explain everything I needed to know to get an application filled out and turned in. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. My dad who lost his wife 5 years ago, lived at Sutter Terrace for almost 5 years and unfortunately we had to move him out today due to his failing health. It was absolutely heartbreaking. Not only the staff but also the residences who live at Sutter Terrace treated my dad with such loving kindness and thoughtfulness. He formed so many special friendships living there. The office manger and onsite maintenance personnel are outstanding people along with being so helpful and compassionate. The upkeep of the property grounds are really nice and clean. Its very clear they really care and watch out for their tenants. I definitely recommend this place 100% and I feel so fortunate for the time my father got to call this wonderful place home. ¤more ...hide ...
