Do not move here if you can help it The building overall was ok compared to the other buildings in the area but the manager Shawn Lee is horrible He will not assist in maintenance requests in any way shape or form His maintenance team are nice people Do not move here if you can help it The building overall was ok compared to the other buildings in the area but the manager Shawn Lee is horrible He will not assist in maintenance requests in any way shape or form His maintenance team are nice people however under the supervision of their manager they operate extremely poor Ive been here for 6 years and had to call the city on him I had no heat mold and termites and also bad electrical outlets the list goes on I pretty much live in a death trap not to mention my wall had a hole in it and water would leak in when it rained He did nothing about this until I threatened to call the city again I am moving the first chance I get If you want to save yourself the aggravation of an incompetent manager dont move to 930 S Bonnie Brae St more ... hide ...

Good place to live but parking is an issue
