I lived here for 6 months Worst apartments Ive ever lived in Management is absolutely pathetic and the maintenance guy is a joke I have full write ups on everything that was broken the first day I moved in and nothing was fixed for months I would waiI lived here for 6 months Worst apartments Ive ever lived in Management is absolutely pathetic and the maintenance guy is a joke I have full write ups on everything that was broken the first day I moved in and nothing was fixed for months I would wait by the front door for the maintenance guy to come between the times he was coming only to see him place a sorry we missed you sticker on it without even bothering to knock I had a broken toilet leaking sink broken AC broken fire place broken Refrigerator only one outlet worked in kitchen no microwave and the outside storage room on my balcony was full of trash that was left by previous tenant Took them two weeks to clean it out And 3 months to fix everything I asked for compensation on my monthly rent because I was paying for things I couldnt use I was compensated 100 off my rent for one single month for 3 months of hell Skip this place I promise youll be happy you did If I could give it a lower score I wouldmore ...hide ...
Really enjoying the serenity surrounding this place Lots of redwood trees and love all the wild animals that roam Especially the Deer and all the bambies that cross here and dont forget all tbe turkeys they are everywhere all the time
Me and my son are gladly able to call this place their home Its clean isnt very nice Apartments and the neighborhood is good and management is good We love it here
I love it here It is full of beautiful trees Quiet very clean all of my neighbors are helpful friendly the manager is an amazing person and the maintenance is excellent I am very fortunate to live in such great place

Beware the address as it is on Lost Ave not Evelyn. Only negative bad physical address. Hopefully this should be rectified soon. Wild turkeys, squirrels, possum, rabbits, an occasional deer or skunk. This is a senior complex with great neighbors. Every appt. comes with its own front porch so everyone decorates accordingly. All apts have their own water heater and central HVAC. Theyre are ceiling fans in living room and bedroom. Handicap appts come with side by side refrig. The management staff is excellent. Wait list is long as alot of visitors want to move here and why not, this is one of a kind country living!more ...hide ...

Best place I have ever lived in... for a HUD facility. Managed by the VOA, Volunteers of America and a great staff. Only a block away from the Amtrak tracks so you hear the whistle blowing now and then. Deer and wild Best place I have ever lived in... for a HUD facility.
