I lived here for about 14 years This apartment complex was the best The rent is the lowest you will find anywhere I have tried looking elsewhere and everywhere you look the rent is 1300 and up for 2 bedroom apartmentnnThe staff are very friendly and I lived here for about 14 years This apartment complex was the best The rent is the lowest you will find anywhere I have tried looking elsewhere and everywhere you look the rent is 1300 and up for 2 bedroom apartmentnnThe staff are very friendly and understanding They will help you if you give them the chance to Just because you ask them to do sonething doesnt mean it will be done right away They have a lot of things on there plate just be patient and remind them if needednnThis apartment complex is broken into two Lakeview 1 and lakeview 2 Depending on which one you apply for the rent and waiting list will differ Right now i believe 2 bedroom is 1000 and 2 year wait and three bedroom is 1100 and 2 year wait in lakeview 1 In lake view 2 a 2 bedroom is i believe 30 of your income and 2 yr wait and 3 bedroom is also 30 of income with a 4 yr waitnnAll in all i give this place a 5 star review They have a playground they keep the grounds clean on call emergency maintenance a gate around the complex They only thing that i could see them improving on id if they got a pool more ... hide ...

These people that run this place are very disrespectful towards their tenants I thought this was low income Shouldnt they be more accepting and god bless the people they have Guess they dont care

This place has bad management and they blame everything on us because lodes of little kids litter in my front yard bet I lived her since I was ten an my daughter has lived her for 7 years

If I could give negative stars they dont even deserve that These apartments are the absolute worse They made a mistake with my parking pass because of their miscommunication negligence a parking violation was put on my car The ticket was stuck to m If I could give negative stars they dont even deserve that These apartments are the absolute worse They made a mistake with my parking pass because of their miscommunication negligence a parking violation was put on my car The ticket was stuck to my driver side window which damaged my window when it was pulled off I told them to clean it off they refused We then caught them lying to us saying they came up to the apartment when I confronted them about my window earlier they had said they werent allowed to come up to the apartments Fast forward they have given my friend a lease violation claiming I disturbed the peace when I told them to clean my window when our entire exchange lasted less then 5 minutes They lie illegaly file lease violations to threaten the tenants Ive never dealt with more incompetent rude negligent employees They should be ashamed of their behavior whoever the owners are should be equally ashamed they let these people run their business this way Truly shameful disgusting more ... hide ...
