Ive been dealing with this place over a year now with the last manager Jessica and Jose Corporate manger until they lost their jobs for what I was told basically cause they didnt do their jobs correctly Now the past few months Ive been getting the ru Ive been dealing with this place over a year now with the last manager Jessica and Jose Corporate manger until they lost their jobs for what I was told basically cause they didnt do their jobs correctly Now the past few months Ive been getting the run around from the new complex management They wont answer Ive called over 10 times everyday with receipts after she told me to call back so we can figure everything out Ive had everything I was asked to turn in in for a while and still nothing and no work from their end Theyve been telling me im next up for months yet never answer or call back Cant leave a message since they dont even check those the in box has been full over a year I didnt want to leave a review but they give me no choice since they are extremely unprofessional I will be getting ahold of corporate yet again more ... hide ...

A manager who is fresh to his role must be taught how to manage people, assign tasks, settle disputes among employees, motivate his personnel, and adjust to changes within the company. Employees rely on management to solve these problems and become disappointed when it is not present. Their morale decreases and they are less passionate about their work or productivity.
