Current management is awful Has bug problem Loud and noisy thin floors and walls No pool or playground for kids Fire alarms and homeless always a problem

Sagebrush Apartments is a beautiful modern community I stopped by recently to discover that the previous manager Kelsey is no longer working there She was a tremendous help when I first visited the property last year when they didnt have availability Sagebrush Apartments is a beautiful modern community I stopped by recently to discover that the previous manager Kelsey is no longer working there She was a tremendous help when I first visited the property last year when they didnt have availability Her customer service skills were wonderful and as I left the property residents had positive comments about her When I was talking to a resident they explained how there were many managers before Kelsey that werent helpful or lasted long Even Allison she was nice however did not last long as a manager there I also heard she passed away a few years ago unfortunately may she rest in peace And apparently there is a new management company that is in charge of the apts If you are interested in this property dont let the comments determine your living destination be sure to visit first to see if its the right place for you more ... hide ...

Ive been living at Sagebrush Apartments since they first opened in 2011 and have seen my fair share of managers come and go and the last one Kelsey Rodriguez has by far been the best as she always remained professional yet concerned about your needs Ive been living at Sagebrush Apartments since they first opened in 2011 and have seen my fair share of managers come and go and the last one Kelsey Rodriguez has by far been the best as she always remained professional yet concerned about your needs ensuring that if anything was broken she had it repaired ASAP What really makes Kelsey special to me is that in the experience of death with some of the older tenants she showed great compassion Kelsey has done a great job of addressing the concerns of our entire community Hey she rocks giving back to the community by having parties for us to get to know each other and address each one of our concerns Halloween parties for the children etc it really takes someone special to do what she has done for this community here at Sagebrush Apartments more ... hide ...
