Why must it be my responsibility to call the office so they can "repair" my experience? A responsible management company would have taken steps to prevent someone's opinion from being so negative that they would make a bad review. In addition, they would not expect an unsatisfied tenant to get in touch with them. For those looking for a combination of great customer service and reasonable rent, there are better options in the city right now. Here, you will get phony kindness and poor customer service in exchange for a few hundred dollars off your rent each month. If you still think the bargain is worth it, ask to view and sign the lease with Bonnie (she is the only helpful employee at the front office out of the four that work there). more ... hide ...
