This apartment is life changing for my son and I. Matthew made the detailed process of applying and getting approved for housing a breeze. I LOVE our apartment, it is beautiful and they even painted the building this month which looks great! The maintenace staff are a bunch of awesome, kind gentlemen who can fix anything, right away and are very friendly. The office staff hears any concerns I have and they respond very empatheticly. I hope to have a long, bright future here at Canyon Rim. My son already has a couple of friends in the neighborhood and so do I! The location of the complex is convenient, my son and I can ride bikes to the stores on Carmel Mountain, we can go to the 711 right up the road, his school is right down the street and the best part is his grandparents are just a 5 minute walk away from us now!!!
