Ive been living here the past 7 years and Ive never had any major problems This use to be a really bad area but the city cleaned it up years ago and I can honestly say as a single mother I feel safe living here Park place is a gated community the man Ive been living here the past 7 years and Ive never had any major problems This use to be a really bad area but the city cleaned it up years ago and I can honestly say as a single mother I feel safe living here Park place is a gated community the manager is very responsive when you need something and the maintenance always handles my work orders right away My only suggestion to make this place better would be for them to upgrade the washer and dryers in the laundry rooms and install a basketball court for the kids more ... hide ...

Nice and quiet Manager is always respectful and willing to help The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues that I have and get them fixed I really enjoy living here
