This review is long overdue but wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due Los Robles has done so much for my family and we are eternally grateful While it may not be perfect do to tenants not management I have to say that it has beenThis review is long overdue but wanted to take a moment to give credit where credit is due Los Robles has done so much for my family and we are eternally grateful While it may not be perfect do to tenants not management I have to say that it has been very professionally maintained and very well managed The staff here really do all that they can for the residents from the property manager to the office staff to the maintenance team They really allocate their resources and pass on so much of the benefits to the residents Without going into specifics Their are a ton of programs designed to assist residents in every way imaginable And it has always been this way since we moved in years ago They go above and beyond to help residents and care for the community We truly appreciate all of you at Los Robles and thank you truly for all that you do It does not go unnoticed and really goes a very long way Thank you Betsy Kelly Brian Jamie and Inga for caring about our communitymore ...hide ...
I called to try and get more information on apartments and the front office lady literally yelled and said CHECK THE WEBSITE OK super rude would never want to live under management like this This lady needs to be replaced Just wow
