Very bad management I used to live here the location was great The management is by far the worse here Take your money and run There are nicer apartments with great management in the area
I relocated here on the 8th of March and thought this would be the perfect location to raise my twin boys. I can say that parking here isn't assigned and if you come home after 7 PM you may not be able to find a spot. On my first night, my mom stayed with me and we woke up to her car being towed, costing me $330, which I didn't have. This is a stunning area for children to grow up in, however if you are on a fixed income it is not practical to pay over $2000 for rent, with no parking and a $150 fee for a garage. Make sure you ask all questions about the apartment before signing any paperwork. I made the mistake of not doing so and now I can say that I like the place, but I don't love it.
