Management is bad the atmosphere in the building is very unfriendly. Maintenance is the worst maintanence, when rent is paid they dont do very good keeping they lost 2 checks and ask to stop a payment and if you dont do Management is bad the atmosphere in the building is very unfriendly. Maintenance is the worst maintanence, when rent is paid they dont do very good keeping they lost 2 checks and ask to stop a payment and if you dont do it they make you responsible for the rent, yes they expect you to pay again so if your check get cash later on you will be the losser, they wont credit you, basically you will paying that month double rent. In my opinioin the energy in building is negative and management is responsible for the friction amongst the residents.more ...hide ...
