Management never returned our calls. I had to phone daily. I rang in five-minute intervals for an hour per day until somebody in management answered. Don't expect work orders to be executed promptly! It could take a whole month.2.) Stolen packages, automobile items, and post. I had multiple parcels taken from my mailbox and front door. Our mail was stolen for around three weeks. We brought this up to the post office and our mail was then delivered as it should. Packages taken from the mailbox. When we first arrived, a resident cautioned us to make sure we locked our cars as he and other residents had items stolen from theirs. Sure enough, somebody ripped off the antenna from my car. I acquired a new one and had it firmly affixed.3.) The ever-growing rent. Unbelievable! I think the $40 for waste every month is too much. It increased by $500 in only two years.4.) Management and maintenance not dependable. Never showed for any work order or move out inspections. One specific morning, we had an outside contractor install a Nest in our residence. I awoke to the technician in my kitchen - texting away! In my opinion, not worth it. Again, the complex is lovely. The management is terrible. I believe we had 5 or 6 different managers while we were at this more ... hide ...
